Videographer, Photographer & Video Editor (Female)

Endorse Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented female Videographer, Photographer, and Editor to join their team. This role involves managing indoor studio shoots and handling post-production tasks to create high-quality product images, social media content, and promotional videos. The position is focused on working within a controlled studio environment to deliver visually compelling content that supports agency client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Shooting & Lighting: Set up and operate studio lighting, cameras, and audio equipment for indoor product photography, commercial shoots, and social media video production.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage into engaging short-form reels, promotional videos, and longer studio content using professional editing software.
- Photography & Color Grading: Capture sharp indoor photographs, perform color correction, and apply basic retouching to ensure high-quality digital assets.
- Content Planning: Collaborate with the creative team on concept development, storyboarding, and visual direction aligned with client campaign goals.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain studio equipment, archive footage systematically, and ensure timely delivery of final content.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with mirrorless cameras, studio lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom or equivalent editing tools.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, frame rates, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with current social media video formats, pacing, and trends to create relevant content.
- Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi with reliable local transportation for daily commute.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, studio-based position requiring in-person attendance at the Islamabad/Rawalpindi location. The role is exclusively indoors, focusing on controlled lighting and production conditions.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary of up to Rs70,000.
