Videographer

MGC Developments is seeking a skilled and imaginative Videographer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that showcases our real estate projects, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances our presence across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative professional who can capture compelling footage, edit videos with precision, and collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to deliver engaging and timely content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot professional videos of real estate projects, properties, site visits, and company events.
- Create captivating video content tailored for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage all aspects of video editing, including color grading, transitions, and sound synchronization.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to develop innovative content ideas.
- Produce a variety of video formats including promotional videos, property walkthroughs, reels, and corporate videos.
- Ensure all footage meets high-quality standards and deliver final content within deadlines.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in videography and social media content formats to keep our visual storytelling fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, framing, and composition.
- Exceptional creative vision paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to various project locations as needed.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous videography work is mandatory.
