The Videographer, Video Editor, and Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role focuses on planning, producing, and editing high-quality video content for both the clinic and academy. The content includes patient education videos, promotional materials, and training resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cameras, setting up lighting, and capturing footage in clinical and educational settings. This includes both planned shoots and candid visuals. Additionally, the role requires editing videos, incorporating graphics, titles, and basic motion elements, while adhering to brand guidelines. Collaboration with healthcare professionals and trainers is essential to understand content goals and deliver effective visual assets. The role also involves preparing materials for social media and digital platforms and maintaining organized media libraries and project files.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and produce video content for patient education, promotional campaigns, and training purposes.
- Operate cameras and manage lighting setups suitable for indoor clinical and classroom environments.
- Capture both staged and candid footage within healthcare and educational settings.
- Edit video content using professional software, adding graphics, titles, and motion elements as needed.
- Ensure all video and graphic materials comply with established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and academic staff to understand content objectives and deliver appropriate visual solutions.
- Prepare and optimize visual assets for social media and various digital platforms.
- Maintain organized media libraries and project documentation to support efficient workflow.
- Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality standards while working in a healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production, including planning, shooting, and post-production processes.
- Proficiency in operating various camera types and lenses.
- Ability to set up and manage lighting tailored to indoor clinical and educational settings.
- Hands-on experience creating video content for marketing, education, or social media purposes.
- Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic graphic design capabilities using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and basic motion graphics.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working within a healthcare environment, respecting patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Relevant diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
