Gohata Global, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a talented and technically proficient Videographer & Video Editor to join its dynamic marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling video content that aligns with the company’s brand identity. This position requires a strong grasp of visual storytelling, camera operation, lighting techniques, and post-production processes. The ideal professional will be capable of independently managing the entire video production cycle, from concept development to final editing, delivering engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Produce a variety of video formats including promotional videos, short-form reels, interviews, event coverage, and institutional content.
- Manage all technical aspects of video production, including camera equipment, lighting setups, audio recording, and on-site shooting arrangements.
- Edit videos using professional software, integrating motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and color grading to enhance visual appeal.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute video campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
- Ensure consistent visual quality and maintain brand identity across all video productions.
- Organize and maintain footage, project files, and media assets efficiently to streamline workflow.
- Stay informed about emerging video formats, production techniques, and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in professional videography and video editing, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Solid working knowledge of camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.
- Experience creating engaging short-form content specifically designed for social media platforms.
- Ability to manage projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is considered an advantage.
