House of Flowers, a distinguished name in luxury floral arrangements, personalized gifts, and bespoke event decor based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Content Creator. This full-time, on-site role involves capturing the elegance and artistry of our floral designs through compelling video content. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and adept at producing engaging visuals that resonate across various social media platforms, helping to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Production & Shooting: Create high-quality video content showcasing daily floral design processes, product launches, event setups, and studio activities.
- Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into polished short-form videos suitable for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as high-end promotional videos.
- Content Planning & Trends: Monitor social media trends, popular audio, and creative editing techniques to propose innovative visual ideas that align with the luxury brand image.
- On-Site Event Coverage: Film live events such as weddings, corporate functions, and pop-up setups, ensuring dynamic and professional coverage.
- Lighting & Sound Setup: Manage camera equipment, lighting arrangements, and audio recording to maintain high production standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the graphic designer and marketing team to implement weekly content calendars and ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a videographer, short-form video editor, or content creator, preferably within lifestyle, floral, luxury, or fashion sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in handling professional camera equipment including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, as well as mobile videography and lighting setups.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Portfolio / Reel: A compelling portfolio or video reel that demonstrates storytelling ability, smooth editing transitions, aesthetic color grading, and trend-focused content creation.
- Attributes: Keen visual attention to detail, excellent sense of timing and pacing, flexibility to work during events, and capability to meet tight deadlines.

Compensation and Work Environment

The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires physical presence at the Lahore office and event locations to ensure hands-on production quality and effective collaboration with the creative team.
