Customer Service Executive
Viftech is leading IT Company in Pakistan. We are offering a position of Customer Service Executive in night shift for our office located in Karachi.
Requirements:
- Candidates having a bachelor’s degree
- Must be very active on social media platforms
- Must be very good at Internet browsing
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.
Experience: Prior customer service experience; preferably Online
Responsibilities:
- To handle outbound calls and chats/emails from the customers.
- Make outbound calls when required to.
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
