Vigilance Officer (Retired Armed Forces)

A leading client in the wireless industry is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Vigilance Officer (Surveillance) to join their team at RJ Mall, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers a monthly salary of PKR 60,000 and requires availability from Monday to Saturday. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and compliant environment by supporting daily surveillance operations and ensuring strict adherence to organizational security protocols. Preference will be given to young, disciplined professionals retired from the Pakistan Army or Armed Forces who demonstrate strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily surveillance and security activities to ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Perform regular inspections of monitoring systems, gather operational data, and prepare detailed incident and activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and address security vulnerabilities, ensuring overall workplace safety.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or operational incidents with composure and decisiveness.
- Assist management in enforcing compliance with standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal security guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Retired personnel from the Pakistan Army or Armed Forces are strongly preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in security operations, surveillance, or vigilance.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
