Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). As an MTO, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for future leadership roles within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a passion for learning and growth in various domains including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in training programs designed to enhance your understanding of our company\\\\\\\'s operations, policies, and procedures.
Rotate through different departments including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Production to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various functions.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines.
Assist in analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to improve departmental efficiency and performance.
Learn and adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to your assigned department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Master\\\\\\\'s degree in fields such as MA, MSC, M. Com, or MBA Finance, HRM etc
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
