Vire HR Solutions is seeking skilled Bike Mechanics to join their team and provide expert maintenance and repair services for a diverse range of bicycles. The ideal candidates possess a strong foundation in mechanical troubleshooting, wheel truing, gear adjustment, and bike assembly. The role demands precision, attention to detail, and proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure each bike is restored to optimal working condition. With at least one year of relevant experience required, candidates will demonstrate the ability to independently identify and resolve mechanical issues while delivering excellent service to customers. As a Bike Mechanics professional managing a team of 25 persons, the role includes overseeing daily operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring high-quality standards are met across all repair and maintenance tasks. Effective leadership and organizational skills are essential to manage the teams performance, schedule tasks efficiently, and maintain a productive and safety-conscious work environment. Responsibilities

Inspect bicycles to diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate repair methods.
Perform wheel truing, gear adjustments, brake tuning, and other repair tasks to enhance bike performance.
Assemble new bicycles efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications.
Utilize diagnostic tools and standard bike repair equipment to conduct precise maintenance work.
Oversee and guide a team of 25 mechanics, ensuring workflow is balanced and production targets are met.
Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety protocols, and new repair techniques.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment to optimize operational efficiency.
Coordinate with management to manage inventory of tools and replacement parts.
Document repairs performed and communicate clearly with clients regarding bike condition and service recommendations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and support.
Manage the scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks to meet customer deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local regulations throughout all repair activities.
