Virtism is looking for highly motivated individuals with interest in online chat support for our international clients. Most important requirement for this job are excellent written english and typing skills. You should be able to write grammatically correct english with proper spellings.
In daily routine you will be mainly responsible for answering customer queries on live text chat. In addition you will als focus on developing new business using social media , private messaging , forum posting , article writing and other search engine optimization techniques .
Artcile writing experience is a plus .
The ideal candidate must have:
- At least intermediate/A level degree.
- Excellent command on English writing skills with good grammar and punctuation.
- Good typing speed.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft, internet and e-mails.
- Well familiar with social media.
- Nerve to work under pressure.
- Previous experience of handling international clients either via live chat or emails.
