Virtual Assistant and Sales

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant & Sales Representative with excellent English communication skills to join our team. This role involves supporting daily administrative operations, engaging with potential clients, and assisting with various sales activities. The ideal candidate will be confident in both written and verbal English, highly organized, and able to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage emails, messages, schedules, and daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Identify potential leads and follow up with prospects to generate new sales opportunities.
- Present company services in a professional manner and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records, update CRM systems, and track follow-up activities.
- Assist with lead generation, sales outreach, and appointment scheduling to support the sales team.
- Prepare basic reports and keep detailed records of daily activities.
- Provide additional virtual assistance and sales-related support as needed by the team.

Required Qualifications

- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using email, phone, and online communication tools for client engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
