We are looking for a motivated and professional Female Virtual Assistant to join the team of a Canada-based insurance company. This full-time, onsite role requires supporting daily administrative operations, including calendar management, call handling, data organization, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Urdu, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have prior experience in virtual assistance or a similar administrative support position. The working hours align with the Eastern Standard Time zone, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client and customer calls, performing live transfers to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage and update the company calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of follow-ups and appointments.
- Coordinate and schedule calls or meetings on behalf of management.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and data within the company’s CRM or other software tools.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and email drafts as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information at all times.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the management team.
- Follow up with clients or internal teams through phone or email communications.
- Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role such as Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or cloud-based tools like Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management capabilities.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling calls and coordinating activities in English.
- Willingness to work onsite with strict adherence to the EST time zone (9 AM to 5 PM Canada time).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
