Virtual Assistant

Favorite Sweeps / Vishnuva Tech is a rapidly expanding iGaming and sweepstakes technology company that supports over ten brands through a single, scalable platform built with Node.js, Next.js, and AWS. We are seeking a highly capable and AI-savvy Virtual Assistant to work closely with the founder, acting as a key partner across the entire brand portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in daily operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and calendar activities, including scheduling meetings, sending follow-ups, and setting reminders.
- Conduct market and competitor research specifically within the iGaming and sweepstakes sectors.
- Provide marketing support by drafting social media posts, scheduling content, and assisting with outreach efforts.
- Handle customer support triage across multiple channels such as email, Telegram, and other platforms.
- Utilize AI-powered productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and similar technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Perform various ad hoc tasks across a portfolio of more than ten brands, ensuring smooth operations and that no detail is overlooked.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude is essential and non-negotiable.
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely.
- Previous experience supporting a founder or working in a startup environment is highly preferred.
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership qualities who can work independently without constant supervision.
- Availability during US business hours, with some flexibility for overlapping time zones.
- Residency in India, the Philippines, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Sri Lanka.
