Position: Virtual Assistant - Travel Desk
Job Type: Full – Time (Onsite)
Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Travel Desk team for the Dream Vacation project. The candidate will assist with travel bookings, customer support, and operational activities, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in quotation processing for travel packages
- After learning the process, do the full quotation by yourself
- Handle new reservation processing for flights, hotels, and cruises
- Manage modification requests and customer calls
- Support group booking coordination
- Perform data entry in the Cruise Control System
- Conduct fare monitoring and update pricing information
- Assist with ancillary travel arrangements (flights, hotels, add-ons)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
- Maintain and update travel itineraries accurately
- Support basic marketing content development
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping in CRM/Excel
- Perform general administrative and coordination tasks
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of travel operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in US time zones
- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time
