Aberrant Digital Services is looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our fully remote team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting daily operations by managing CRM software, performing administrative tasks, and delivering excellent assistance to team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Falcon7, and Brevo to improve customer relationship management and streamline workflows.
- Handle administrative duties including data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management with efficiency and accuracy.
- Offer high-quality support to team members and clients through email, chat, and phone communications.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support various projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications:
- Reliable and fast internet connection to meet the demands of remote work.
- Laptop with at least an Intel i5 7th generation processor and 16 GB RAM.
- Minimum of two years’ hands-on experience working with CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while efficiently managing multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000.
