Health & Virtuals is seeking an experienced Virtual Chiropractic Operations Manager with a professional background in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy and hands-on experience working with U.S.-based chiropractic practices or within the U.S. healthcare market. This leadership role focuses on managing and developing a team of Virtual Chiropractic Assistants (VCAs), overseeing patient coordination workflows, maintaining operational quality, and ensuring consistent support for chiropractic practices across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and chiropractic workflows, combined with proven skills in team leadership and healthcare operations. As the primary leadership and escalation point for the VCA team, the manager will collaborate closely with U.S. providers and practice teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and patient-centered operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support a remote team of Virtual Chiropractic Assistants, managing daily workloads and monitoring performance, productivity, communication quality, and documentation accuracy.
- Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews, and provide targeted training on chiropractic terminology, patient workflows, scheduling, and documentation standards.
- Oversee virtual administrative operations for U.S.-based chiropractic practices, ensuring the team understands the patient journey from consultation through therapy and follow-up care.
- Coordinate with U.S. providers and practice teams to address operational requirements, workflow changes, and service expectations, while identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Manage patient scheduling for consultations, adjustments, therapy sessions, re-examinations, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of cancellations, rescheduling, and urgent requests.
- Monitor patient communication to maintain professional, empathetic, and patient-focused interactions, handling escalated concerns and improving patient responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Oversee patient documentation and administrative record-keeping, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Manage administrative workflows related to patient insurance verification, coordinating with internal teams to resolve incomplete information and improve efficiency.
- Establish and monitor team KPIs, conduct quality assurance reviews, develop SOPs and training materials, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Support onboarding and training of new Virtual Chiropractic Assistants to maintain high operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Rehabilitation Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Professional experience as a Physiotherapist or Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience working with U.S.-based chiropractic practices or within the U.S. healthcare market.
- Strong knowledge of chiropractic, rehabilitation, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal workflows.
- Previous experience in a managerial, team lead, supervisor, senior coordinator, or healthcare operations role.
- Experience managing patient scheduling, documentation, and administrative healthcare workflows.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, comfortable interacting with U.S.-based healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR, CRM, scheduling, or practice management systems is preferred.

- Salary range: $750 - $1,000 USD per month, based on experience.
