Experience: Minimum 3 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) with at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing, preferably working with international clients or businesses. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and administrative tasks.
Handle product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and store management.
Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and campaign coordination.
Coordinate with international clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor store performance, prepare reports, and maintain operational records.
Assist with customer support, follow-ups, and order-related queries.
Manage schedules, documentation, and other business-related tasks.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Virtual Assistant in the e-commerce industry.
Previous experience working with international clients or businesses.
Practical knowledge of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools.
Strong English communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
