Key Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide basic information about international travel packages, visa services, and travel requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent, professional communication.
- Assist clients with general inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with sales and visa processing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture positive client relationships through excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications
