Downtown Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Female Visa Consultant to join our team based in Gulberg, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be motivated and experienced in guiding clients through various visa application processes, ensuring a smooth and professional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay updated on current visa regulations and immigration policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the application processes for visit, tourist, Umrah, business, work, and study visas.
- Assess client profiles to recommend the most suitable visa options based on individual needs.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa application documents accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest visa regulations and immigration policies to provide up-to-date advice.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of visa applications.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records throughout the visa application process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Visa Consultant or in a related role is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of visa procedures for destinations including the UK, Europe, Canada, UAE, and other countries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in visa consultancy will have an advantage. The company offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs60,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
