Our client, a well-established immigration consultancy firm located in Lahore, is looking to hire an experienced Immigration Visa Consultant to join their onsite team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to individuals planning to immigrate abroad, with a strong emphasis on sales and client conversion. This role requires a deep understanding of various immigration pathways and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to consistently meet sales targets. The position is based in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, including alternate Fridays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional consultations with clients regarding immigration services.
- Evaluate client eligibility based on education, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant factors.
- Recommend suitable immigration pathways tailored to each client’s profile.
- Clearly explain immigration processes and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Keep up to date with the latest immigration laws, policies, and requirements for different countries.
- Work closely with internal processing teams to ensure smooth case handling and timely updates.
- Maintain and update CRM systems daily with client interactions, follow-ups, and case progress.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Deliver exceptional client service with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in immigration sales or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and procedural requirements.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to engage and convert clients effectively.
- Client-focused mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Salary: Rs. 100,000 per month
