Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through visa requirements and application processes for various countries, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Assess client eligibility and provide tailored advice on immigration and visa options based on individual circumstances.
- Prepare, review, and manage visa application files while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and regulations.
- Communicate regularly with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails to offer clear guidance and manage expectations throughout the visa process.
- Collaborate closely with the travel and tours team to coordinate visa timelines with flight bookings, group tours, and Umrah packages, ensuring smooth and reliable travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized records of multiple client cases, documentation, and deadlines to ensure efficient case management.

Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise in visas and immigration, with practical experience handling visa applications and related immigration matters.
- Proven consulting skills, capable of accurately assessing client needs and providing personalized visa and immigration guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Urdu is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with visa processes for key destinations such as the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
- Experience working in a travel agency, visa consultancy, or immigration services environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software and online visa portals, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Relevant diploma or degree in a related field such as Business, International Relations, or Tourism Management is advantageous.
