Visa Consultant - UK, USA & Schengen

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Visa Consultant based in Islamabad to manage UK, USA, and Schengen visit visa cases. The role requires direct interaction with clients to assess visa eligibility, prepare and verify application files, assist with online submissions, guide clients through biometrics and interview processes, and ensure timely follow-up and communication throughout the application lifecycle. This position demands a detail-oriented professional capable of handling multiple cases efficiently while providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to evaluate visa eligibility and requirements.
- Prepare and organize visa application files, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.
- Verify supporting documents to meet the specific criteria of UK, USA, and Schengen visa applications.
- Assist clients with online visa application submissions and scheduling of biometrics appointments.
- Provide guidance and coaching for visa interviews to improve client confidence and success rates.
- Monitor application progress and maintain regular follow-ups with relevant authorities.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their visa applications and any additional requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate (FA/FSc) with relevant practical experience in visa consultancy.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in visa consultancy, particularly with UK, USA, and Schengen visit visas, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and immigration authorities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
