Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOCIAL MEDIA:

1.      Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

2.      Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

3.      Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

4.      Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

5.      Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

6.      Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

PPC:

1.      creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels

2.      overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise them

3.      analysing trends and making data-driven decisions

4.      writing engaging copy for adverts

5.      proof-reading

6.      making creative suggestions for advert templates

7.      producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns

8.      presenting data and reports to a range of audiences.

SEO:

1.      Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization

2.      Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities

3.      Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

REQUIREMENTS:

1.      Proven working experience in social media, PPC  & SEO marketing or as a digital media specialist

2.      Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

3.      Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

4.      Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO,PPC

5.      Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

6.      Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability

7.      Fluency in English

8.      BS in Communications, Marketing, Business or Public Relations
