Visa, Immigration & Student Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated Visa, Immigration & Student Consultant to join our team full-time at our Lahore office. This role involves managing client cases related to visa and immigration processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining effective communication throughout the application lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, strong English communication skills, and a solid understanding of visa and student consultancy procedures. The position operates during morning hours and may require occasional travel. The offered salary ranges from PKR 75,000 to 110,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client cases from initial consultation through to visa application submission and follow-up.
- Prepare and review visa application documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
- Coordinate with immigration authorities and educational institutions as necessary.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending applications and resolve any issues that arise during processing.
- Stay updated on changes in visa, immigration, and student consultancy regulations and procedures.
- Support the team in handling multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Travel as required for client meetings or related assignments.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years’ experience in visa, immigration, or student consultancy.
- Proven ability to manage client cases effectively and handle documentation accurately.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly with clients and authorities.
- Familiarity with visa application procedures, immigration rules, and student consultancy processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work morning shifts and travel when necessary.
