Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring high-quality design and functionality.
- Implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
- Manage and deploy websites on the Google Cloud platform, utilizing cloud services, resources, and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure seamless integration of visuals and content.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions and improvements.
- Adhere to web development standards, security protocols, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with expertise in Google Cloud and WordPress.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization.
- Proficiency in using Google Cloud services, such as App Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
