Visit Visa Consultant

Ninja Travel & Tours is seeking a detail-oriented Visit Visa Consultant to join our expanding team based in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa processing and client management, helping travelers navigate the complexities of visit and tourist visa applications for major international destinations. This role requires a professional who can ensure smooth documentation, timely application submission, and excellent client communication to achieve high approval rates.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients on visit and tourist visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for countries including the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, and Southeast Asia.

Document Processing: Review, organize, and verify all applicant documents meticulously to ensure compliance with embassy guidelines and maximize approval chances.

Application Management: Complete online visa application forms accurately, schedule appointment slots, and monitor the status of visa applications from submission through to completion.

Client Relationship & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent and prompt communication with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email, offering updates and addressing any queries or concerns throughout the process.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Visit Visa or Travel Consultant within a travel agency or consultancy environment.

Visa Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa filing processes and requirements for popular tourist destinations worldwide.

Skills: Excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant web portals.

Location: Candidates must be able to work on-site at the Johar Town, Lahore office.
