Visit Visa Consultant

Ninja Travel & Tours is seeking a detail-oriented Visit Visa Consultant to join our expanding team based in Johar Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa processing and client management, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This role involves guiding clients through visa requirements, managing documentation, and maintaining clear communication throughout the application process for various international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding visit and tourist visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for major destinations including the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, and Southeast Asia.

Document Processing: Review, organize, and verify applicant documents meticulously to maximize approval rates and ensure compliance with embassy regulations.

Application Management: Complete online visa application forms accurately, schedule appointment slots, and monitor the status of visa applications from submission to final approval.

Client Relationship & Follow-ups: Maintain timely and professional communication with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email, offering updates and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Visit Visa or Travel Consultant within a travel agency or consultancy setting.

Visa Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa filing processes for popular tourist destinations, with the ability to navigate embassy guidelines effectively.

Skills: Excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications and relevant web portals.

Location: Candidates must be available to work on-site at our office located in Johar Town, Lahore.
