Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a talented Visual Content Creator to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This on-site role involves designing, filming, and editing engaging content for Liquid’s social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Social Media Team to transform briefs into polished visual assets that align with platform requirements and brand standards. While the Team Lead manages strategy, content calendars, and copywriting, you will bring these concepts to life through creative design and video production, contributing your own ideas to enhance the final output.

Key Responsibilities
- Design a variety of social media visuals including posts, carousels, banners, and ad creatives based on approved briefs.
- Film on-site content such as talking-head videos, product walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes footage, and other required shoots.
- Edit reels and videos by adding captions, audio, transitions, and basic motion graphics to create compelling content.
- Adapt and repurpose content to suit different social media platforms and formats.
- Ensure all visuals maintain consistency with Liquid’s brand guidelines and follow the Team Lead’s direction.
- Incorporate feedback effectively, manage deadlines reliably, and proactively communicate any potential blockers.
- Stay updated with the latest social media formats and design trends to continuously improve content quality.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content production.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work; experience in consumer or lifestyle content is preferred, while B2B or technology sector experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or an equivalent tool.
- Proficiency in at least one video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar, with basic motion graphics skills considered an advantage.
- Practical experience in setting up and filming basic shoots, including framing, lighting, and audio capture, though advanced cinematography skills are not required.
- A keen eye for composition, visual quality, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously, follow direction closely, and communicate clearly when clarification on briefs is needed.
