Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with luxury brand standards.
- Design and implement attractive product displays to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all visual presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on luxury retail trends and competitor activities to keep displays fresh and relevant.
- Manage inventory related to visual merchandising materials and ensure timely setup and maintenance of displays.

Required Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate or current student from recognized institutions such as NCA, BNU, or PIFD.
- Relevant experience in visual merchandising, ideally within luxury retail environments.
- Strong creative vision combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and the nuances of product presentation.
- Willingness to work full-time, in-house, with a long-term commitment to the organization.
