The primary function of the Automation Engineer is to design/retrofit and prototype electro-mechnical protducts. Design and implement automation using PLC, HMI, SCADA, SBC and relay logics, mainly for access control, industry, ITS and of factory automation.
The position requires some experience in Robotics, Mechnical Design, Control Systems Design, CAD/ProE/SolidWorks, Programming, PLC and HMI.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
o Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering, or other related discipline.
o Experience with Process Control, SCADA, PLC, HMI or relevant field
o Experience in CAD software including AutoCAD, ProE, OrCAD or any other PCB design software
o Knowledge of process improvement, ability to read and analyze technical drawings
o Strong verbal and written English communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills
o Must be self-motivated, proactive and project-oriented. Position requires apx 25-30% in-field work, mostly local with limited distant projects.
Note: Fresh graduate or DAE with projects in above area may also apply for junior positions
