The primary focus of the role is to work and transfer the qualifying leads to the sales pipeline .
To qualify for this job:
- The candidate should be proficient and fluent in spoken english.
- MUST have an amazing attitude with fellow agents and potential customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Sticking to the script while handling the calls.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
Formal pre-employment training (paid) will be provided to the shortlisted candidates.
