Responsibilities
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Sticking to the script while handling the calls.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
Formal pre-employment training (paid) will be provided to the shortlisted candidates.
