01 VBA Team Management & Development (VBAs’ Quality and Quantity)

  • Based on VBA (Promoter)’s career development, focus on three major systems: VBA’s Position, VBA’s Ability and VBA’s Motivation to sort out VBA’s career planning and training programs, such as VBA’s hiring, VBA’s development, VBA’s appointment and VBA’s retention.
  • Based on market demand and each country’s needs, design and develop each country’s recruitment standards, recruitment process, training process.
  • According to the business development status and demand, planning the number of VBAs in each country to ensure that the number is reasonable and healthy range.
  • Based on market demand and each country’s needs, design and develop each country’s motivation standards, Organize diversified incentive activities and policy.
  • Track overall VBA performance and provide monthly/yearly reports to relevant parties, such as number of VBAs, staff production, turnover rate and etc.
  • Build local talent pool to improve the efficiency of local team.

02 VBA Team Development & Evaluation (VBAs’ Development)

  • Based on market demand and each country’s needs, sort out the abilities of VBAs at various stages, conduct integrated analysis and develop corresponding courses and improve sales team’s working efficiency.
  • Conduct different formats of online/offline training to improve training teams’ understanding of sales & service skills, and follow up each country’s training progress, give necessary guidance and feedback to local team. Besides that, need to be responsible for VBAs’ effectiveness (average sales, sales share), engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct training camp or training project to VBA teams, content of which include but are not limited to company culture, display rules, daily work process, and etc.
  • Responsible for the improvement and promotion of online learning platform.
