- Planning and executing all Digital campaigns across digital platforms including social media, website, other paid platforms etc.
- Formulating integrated digital communication strategies, plans and schedules for all New Product Launches.
- Monitoring all social media platforms for all SA Markets such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter & website portals.
- Working closely with agency to develop a robust digital plan for New Product Launches, and creating relevant content.
- Digital Media Planning and Buying for all product launches.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and optimum implementation.
- Close communication with local digital teams in South Asia market, guiding and assisting them to develop strategies and promotion plans for major projects.
- Reporting and Analysis with the help of Digital tools such as One Sight, Social Bakers, Google Analytics 360 etc. Sharing with all relevant stakeholders on regular basis.
- Monitoring latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
