• Responsible for Training & Development.
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
  • Resolve employee relations issues in a timely manner; provide coaching to all parties, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management.
  • Manage the performance management system (Planning, Developing, Evaluations & Improvement).
  • Responsible of any other Administrative task given by manager.
  • Bachelor Degree or above with the specialization of Human Resource Management or other related major
  • At least have 3 years working experiences in a large manufacturing company
  • Experienced in recruitment & talent development
  • Deep understanding of end to end recruitment process
  • Problem Solver, Goal Oriented, good at time management skill
  • Good Communication Skill, team work, fast learner and proactive
  • max 30 years old and Full professional English proficiency
  • Advanced skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PPT)
