- Manage and maintains payroll information by collecting and checking attendance data (manual & fingerprint)
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and also reporting needed changes
- Maintains employee confidential data and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Manage the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans
- Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management
- Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
Job Requirements:
- Have HR related work experience in big manufacturing company at least 1-2 years (priority), or fresh graduated.
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Human Resources/Management/Industrial Engineering/Math
- Full proficiency in English or Chinese Language.
- Have good communication skill, high initiative, proactive and have strong responsibility.
- Strong with data calculation and analysis
- Advanced skill in Ms Office (Excel, word and PPT)
