- Overseas Project Testing (All New PD projects, Basic Function, LT OS Function, third party, Collection tasks).
- Test all new PD projects.
- Perform all basic Function test & regression task before deadline if delay must inform before deadline.
- Perform LT OS Function cases and Third party cases on all PD projects.
- Need to do all Collection task and special test. (Volte, Vowifi, Call recording, Local scenario collection etc.)
- Need to handle all customer complain received & Feedback major complain on time to developers.
- Need to verify complain documents and submission of the documents after receiving.
- Make the Issue Complain sheet.
- Need to collect local scenario on the basis of customer complain received.
- Continuous learning ability, good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, strong communication an
- coordination skills.
