  (3)To track the process of purchasing and shipping to the secondary teams.

2. To ascertain whether the products and materials in the shop confirms to the purchased ones

   (1) To sample the products and materials displayed in the shop in secondary regions;

   (2) To adjust the order of secondary shops in time as per requirements;

3. To train the advertisement and material management executive of the secondary teams on material using and the cost

  (1) To formulate the training standards and courses of using materials and advertising samples;

  (2) To train the brand executive of secondary teams on professional knowledge;

  (3) To sample the professional skills of the brand executive of secondary teams.

4. To set the advertisement creating standards and inspect the implementation

  (1) To set the unit price costing standard of advertising products;

  (2) To summarize the category and scope of using of advertising products;

  (3) To train the brand executive of secondary teams on the specifications of advertising products;

  (4) To formulate the fabrication standards of advertising products;

  (5) To sample the secondary teams’ implementation of fabricating advertising products.

5. Procurement and management of gifts

  (1) To timely collect the information of supplementing gifts from secondary team;

  (2) To follow up the arrival and inventory of gifts;

  (3) To inspect the usage of gifts in the shops in secondary regions and impose a fine on the nonconformity.

6. Outdoor advertising

  (1) To integrate outdoor media resource in the business district;

  (2) To acquire the latest outdoor advertising information of Lahore, Karachi, etc.;

  (3) To keep in direct touch with clients and collect the newest information released by the media;

  (4) Communication and negotiation;

  (5) To follow up the check the advertising time and frequency.

7. Branding activities

  (1) To study the Pakistani holidays and festivals and organize branding activities; 

(2) To summarize the implementation standards and popularize them;

8.To finish other tasks assigned by the brand manager.
