Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a focus on sales conversion.
- Identify customer needs, understand their product preferences, and provide suitable recommendations to increase sales volume.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Handle customer concerns, objections, and questions with patience and empathy to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback accurately in the company CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and improve overall team performance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and to upsell or cross-sell complementary products or services.
