VOB Executive - Medical Billing

Meds Nexus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented VOB Executive to join their night-shift team based in Rawalpindi. This role involves managing pre-visit eligibility processes within the U.S. medical billing domain, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in insurance verification to support revenue cycle management. The position requires strong analytical skills, fluent English communication, and experience working with U.S. commercial and government payers. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, and the role is strictly on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with U.S. commercial and government insurance payers to audit patient insurance details, including coverage limits and out-of-pocket costs, prior to patient visits.
- Manage the entire verification process for assigned patient portfolios to ensure smooth workflow progression.
- Maintain accurate, error-free call logs and detailed action notes within designated database tracking systems.
- Update verified insurance information and coverage comments in real-time using client revenue cycle management (RCM) software.
- Adhere strictly to international data privacy regulations, company security protocols, and client-specific compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in U.S. medical billing, coverage verification, or patient access workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Prior Authorizations, and general U.S. revenue cycle management processes.
- Ability to maintain precise records, follow customized practice guidelines, and report production status accurately.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with professional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
