- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspection of buildings, equipment, and access points
- Maintain organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Issue passes at own discretion or on instructions of HODs
- Inspection of outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of company property or products.
- Record registration number of trucks, carriers & every vehicle at the time of entering and leaving.
- Supervise maintenance duties, such as mowing lawns, housekeeping of factory areas and electrical & Mechanical equipment
- Require permits from employees for tools or materials taken out of the premises.
- Record arrival and departure of employees.
- Responsible of factory security and supervise the guards
- Maintain Phone numbers & necessary information of office staff.
