Responsibilities
- Must be fluent in English
- Perform user onboarding/offboarding including account creation, installing software, Implementing file backups, and configuring systems and application
- Perform computers/server maintenance
- Email/Server Migration, Cloud backup
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 offerings
- Follow checklists to ensure a consistent result for routine and common tasks
Qualifications
