Key Responsibilities

Volunteers at Sam Life Savers play a vital role in planning and coordinating outreach activities that support orphans, older adults, and vulnerable communities. Daily tasks may include assisting with the organization of virtual events, managing communications with partner organizations, and supporting online awareness campaigns. Volunteers also provide administrative assistance such as data entry and documentation. Another important responsibility involves coordinating remote participation in blood donation drives and other humanitarian initiatives by disseminating information and engaging with community networks. This is a full-time remote position requiring consistent availability, reliable internet access, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team across digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage empathetically with diverse groups. Effective organizational and time-management abilities are essential to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting. Basic digital literacy is required, including familiarity with email, video conferencing tools, and collaborative platforms such as shared documents and task trackers. An interest in or experience with community service, social work, or non-profit initiatives focused on vulnerable populations is important. Volunteers must demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
