• Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and sustain an engaging audience experience to increase audience satisfaction.
  • Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
  • Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused message
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as google analytics and Facebook insights.
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Social Media, with at least 2 years of work experience in the related field.
  • Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation and Brand Marketing Experience,Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills.
