Job Description
· Regular follow-up with sales leads given by management
· To manage and maintain the relationship between the company and its clients
· Manage customer databases and network with stakeholders
· Accurate data input and maintenance of client information in CRM system
· Assist customers with all their queries and complaints
· Prepare quotations & follow-ups with the customers
. Perform tasks assigned by line manager
· Receiving and processing of all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
· To make outbound calls
· Field visits with sales team
· Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales performance reporting from CRM
