VSORS is a partner firm of Accounts Automated Australia which is an accounting firm established in 2009. We provide financial and accounting services with the aim to transform these business processes through the use of technology and automation.
VSORS is looking to hiring a “Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales. Sales coordinator will work to satisfy clients’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
- Generate new business using existing and potential clients’ networks.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Making calls to the potential clients, offering them the services & negotiating with them.
- Regularly maintain a good & positive relationship with clients.
- Make quote, create a proposal, present it to client, and closure.
- Prepares sales activity reports.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- All other tasks assigned by management.
- BSc/BBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales or relevant field.
- 1-2 years proven work experience.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, focused and a dependable team member.
- The ability to work under limited supervision with the ambition to develop a long-term career.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
