VX Labs is looking for services of an "Office Boy". The Office Boy job carrier various office job obligations. This is an entry level position.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Candidate should be at least Matric or F.A passed.
· Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize
· Candidate who knows basic knowledge of computer.
· Should be smart, active and presentable
· Working in respectable environment Guaranteed
· Candidate who have his own bike will be preferred.
· Make sure that the office premises are clean.
· Office management including the management of kitchen and washroom.
· Employees and guests serving
· Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
· Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
· Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair and updating
· Helping the receptionists, secretaries or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
· Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction with a friendly environment within the office.
· Candidate with previous experience are encouraged to apply.
