  • Listen to each and every call, confirming the customer consent and making sure quality is up to the standard
  • Make decisions of assigning the lead to Sales and Distribution Agent.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management System for rider management and assigning tasks.
  • Sending daily reports of riders and tasks assigned and completed
