Wafiq Stores is seeking a dedicated and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate has at least five years of retail experience, specifically within reputable companies such as Imtaiz Mega, Green Welly, Cosmo, Care 4, Metro Cash and Carry, Madina Cash and Carry, Dewatson, or Shaheen Chemist. This role focuses on managing store functions without direct team management, emphasizing strong customer service and efficient store processes.
As a Store Manager at Wafiq Stores, you will lead by example in delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining smooth store activities. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, optimizing store layouts, monitoring inventory levels, and driving sales performance. Your expertise in retail operations and customer engagement will contribute to building a loyal customer base and achieving the companys business goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
