We are seeking a professional and courteous waiter to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires a customer-oriented attitude, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering a high standard of service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Assist guests with buffet items and provide information about dishes when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, captain, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all tables are properly set with required cutlery, crockery, napkins, and other items.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and grooming standards consistently.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed to support the team.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter, server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, buffet, hotel, or catering environment is an advantage.
- Must be a resident of Lahore.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, respectful, and customer-oriented personality.
- Presentable appearance with professional grooming.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Full-time employment with a monthly salary of Rs40,000.
- Work location is in person, based in Lahore (preferred).
